You talk to the owner
Calls and texts go to Marcos. The person who prices the job is the person responsible for it.
About us
Meet MG Tree Service
An owner-operated tree company based in Richmond, Virginia.
Who we are
A Richmond Tree Company You Can Actually Reach
MG Tree Service is run by Marcos Gomes. The company does tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, lot clearing and mulch installation for homeowners in Richmond and 9 nearby towns.
The idea is simple. When you call or text, you reach the owner. He comes to look at the job, explains what the tree needs in plain language and gives you a written price. Then the work gets done with our own dump truck, wood chipper and stump grinder, and the yard gets cleaned up before we leave.
Every photo and video on this website comes from our jobs. What you see here is what you get.
How we work
Four Things You Can Count On
Price in writing first
You know what the job costs, and what is included, before any work starts.
Plan before the saw
Every job starts by looking at what the tree can hit and where each piece will land.
Leave it clean
Brush chipped and hauled, lawn and driveway cleaned before we go.
